Born Nov. 12, 1910 in Fort Hill, a son of the late George P. and Margaret E. (Snyder) McClintock. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anna E. Wilson; and a sister, Amanda Phillippi. Loving father of Gloria M. Weyand, Somerset; loving grandfather of David K., married to Shelby Lepley Weyand, New Centerville; and Lori A., married to S. Scott Silvasy, Ashburn, Va. Brother of Frederick, Bedford; Claude, Somerset and Paul, New Centerville. He was a member of the New Centerville Church of God, where he was a former Sunday school teacher and superintendent for many years. Faithful life active member of New Centerville and Rural Volunteer Fire Department and past president. Pa. forest fire warden since Sept. 14, 1955. Former member of the New Centerville Borough Council. Member of Woodmen of the World Fraternal Lodge 41, Grantsville, Md.; for 61 years. Retired from General Refractories of Fort Hill after 39 years employment. Friends are being received until 9 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Tim Show officiating.
