    Dorothy M. McClintock, 68, of Confluence RD 1, died Jan. 6, 1998 at
  her home.  Born Nov. 18, 1929 in Lower Turkeyfoot Township, a daughter
  of Lewis Whaley of Confluence and the late Grace (Hyatt) Whaley. In
  addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband,
  Marlin "Chub" McClintock.  She is survived by her father; a son,
  Larry of Fort Hill; and a daughter, Darla Hoover of Confluence; four
  grandchildren; and two great grandchildren; four sisters: Elsie
  Reckner, Marylan Anderson; Betty Warrick and Meade Beachy; and four
  brothers: John Whaley, William Whaley, Delmer Whaley and Arnold
  Whaley, all of Confluence.  A member of the Confluence Church of the
  Nazarene.  Friends will be received from 2 until 9 p.m. today
  (Wednesday) at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where services
  will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, the Rev. Thomas Charles officiating.
  Interment, Addison Cemetery.  Family suggests memorial contributions
  to Somerset "In Touch" Hospice.
