McClintock, 56, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, in the National Veterans' Home, Dayton, O., where he lived for the past ten years. He was born February 25, 1892, in Confluence, the son of the late Howard and Nora (Weyant) McClintock. He was a veteran of World War I, and was a member of Company C, 110th U.S. Inf. He is survived by a brother, Ira McClintock, of Akron, O., and two sisters, Mrs. Etta Frey of Friedens and Mrs. Ruth McDaniels of Cumberland. His body was brought here where a military service was held in the Humbert Funeral Home, Sunday afternoon, with the V.F.W. and American Legion posts of Meyersdale, Addison and Confluence represented. Commander James Byrd was in charge. Rev. R. A. Kelly assisted. Interment was made in the Ursina Cemetery. Meyersdale Republican, February 26, 1948
