    Lena Gladys McClintock, 71 of RD 1, Grantsville, Md., died
  Thursday, Jan. 18, 1990 at her residence as a result of a fire.
    Born April 1, 1918 in Cove, Md., she was a daughter of the late
  Melchoir and Louisa (Smearman) Georg.
    She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church (ELCA) and the
  Ladies Aid of the church.
    She is survived by her husband, Luther Paul McClintock; one son,
  Emerson McClintock, Grantsville, Md.; three brothers: Ray Georg and
  James George, both of Grantsville, Md.; Robert George, West Salisbury
  and two grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home where services
  were conducted on Saturday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Stephen Yelovich.
    Interment, Addison Cemetery.
