  McCLINTOCK
  
    Marlin R. "Chub" McClintock, 69, Confluence RD 1, died Sept. 7,
  1995, at Somerset Hospital.  Born Aug. 15, 1926, in Addison Township,
  a son of the late Mahlon J. and Nora (Smith) McClintock.  Survived by
  his wife, the former Dorothy Whaley; son, Larry, Fort Hill, and
  daughter, Darla Hoover, Confluence; four grandchildren and two
  great-grandchildren; sister, Gay Bailey, Addison, and brothers, Ed,
  Ohiopyle, and James, Fort Hill.  Preceded in death by a sister,
  Cleabel Sechler.  Member of Ursina American Legion Post 946 and
  Confluence Church of the Nazarene.  Former employee of General
  Refractories and retired from the Coleman Co. after 22 years
  service.  Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. today (Friday) at
  the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where services will be held at
  1 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Thomas Charles officiating.  Interment,
  Addison Cemetery.
