McCollum, 88, Waynesburg, formerly of Acosta, died March 23, 1999, at Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg. Born Nov. 30, 1910, at Waynesburg, daughter of the late Charles B. and Lexie (Porter) Moore. Was a homemaker and affiliated with Rolling Meadows Church of God. Mrs. McCollum spent her early life in Waynesburg. Following her marriage to Rev. Lloyd A. McCollum on Oct. 1, 1929, she served several churches with him. He died Feb. 19, 1987. Also preceded in death by daughter, Anna Mae McCollum, and 2 brothers, Clarence Ephert Moore and Kenneth Moore. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Rolling Meadows Church of God and she taught various Sunday School classes in the church. She worked for a short time at the Greene County Memorial Hospital in the kitchen and was a homemaker. Survived by a daughter, Priscilla Jane Morris, and 5 sons: Phillip Martin McCollum, Lawrence Eugene McCollum, Harold Richard McCollum, John Edward McCollum and Charles Lee McCollum. Also 21 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. All visitations at the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Waynesburg, except for one hour prior to service on Saturday at the church. Service time will be at 11 a.m. at Rolling Meadows Church of God, with the Rev. Marcus Tanner and Rev. Michael Milinovich presiding. Burial, Bethlehem Baptist Cemetery, Ruff Creek.
