  MRS. GORDON MCCOY
  
    Mrs. Cynthia Newman McCoy, 83, of Boswell, died Feb. 27, 1971, at
  the Windber Division of Johnstown Memorial Hospital.
    Born in Salisbury, July 26, 1887, she was a daughter of John and
  Christina (Rembolt) Wright.  She was preceded in death by her
  parents; her first husband, Charles J. Newman; and her second
  husband, Gordon McCoy.  
    She is survived by a daughter, June, wife of John Pfeffer,
  Jennerstown; a son, Covelle Newman, Youngstown, Ohio; four
  grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Grace Petry and a brother, Harvey H.
  Wright, both of Salisbury.
    She was a member of Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ and a
  resident of Boswell for many years.
    Funeral service was conducted Tuesday morning in Joseph H. Hoffman
  Funeral Home, Boswell, with Rev. Clifford Munger officiating. 
  Interment in IOOF Cemetery, Salisbury.
