She lived for many years in Wilkinsburg and for the past seven years with members of her family in Albany, N.Y., until a short time ago when she flew from Albany to the Stark homestead. Last Friday she fell, dying the next day from the effects of the fall. She was the widow of Thomas McCullough, well known Uniontown businessman who died many years ago. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. John Hoffman, and a son, Dr. Thomas B. McCullough, both of Albany. Also surviving are seven sisters: Mrs. Margaret McCullough and Miss Bernice Stark, both of the Stark home; Mrs. Lena Rush and Mrs. M. M. Straw, both of Addison; Mrs. Alice Holt, Ohiopyle; and Mrs. James E. McCartney, Meyersdale. She leaves two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Funeral services were held Monday at 3 o'clock at the Gleason funeral home, Uniontown, with the Rev. Ray Hitchcock of Addison officiating. Burial in the Oak Grove cemetery. Pall bearers were her nephews, Arthur and Mack Rush, John Thomas Holt, Oran Walters and James McCartney, Jr. Meyersdale Republican, June 30, 1949
