  BEATRICE L. MCDONALD
  
    Beatrice L. McDonald, 56, of old Route 36, Corriganville, Md., died
  Jan. 2, 1982 in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    She was born in Ellerslie, and was a daughter of the late Clarence
  and Marian (Lowery) Lapp.  Her husband, Merlin L. McDonald, preceded
  her in death.
    She was an employee of the Amcelle Plant of Celanese Fibers
  Corporation and was a member of the First Christian Church,
  Cumberland, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Moose and Ladies Auxiliary of
  Corriganville Fire Department.
    She is survived by one son, Alan D. McDonald, Alpena, Mich., one
  daughter, Miss Janice McDonald, at home; two brothers, Ralph Lapp,
  Washington, D.C. and Charles Lapp, Wheaton, Md.; four sisters, Mrs.
  Mary Snelson, Grantsville, Md.; Mrs. Louise Morgan, Corriganville;
  Mrs. Kathleen Pick, Hyndman, and Mrs. Charlotte Penbrook, Baltimore,
  Md.
    Friends were received at Kight Funeral Home.
    Services were held in the funeral home by Rev. James D. Myers. 
  Interment was in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
