  ELWOOD M. McGEE
  
    Elwood M. McGee, 69, 39 6th St., Acosta, died July 27, 1983 at home.
    He was born Jan. 20, 1914 in Rockwood, a son of James L. and Nancy
  (Moore) McGee.
    He was preceded in death by parents; stepfather, Felix Lease; and
  four infant brothers.
    He was the brother of Wava McGee and Gerald, married to the former
  Maude Reese, both of Acosta; a nice, Emma Gean, wife of Stephen
  Gavel, Acosta; and a nephew, Robert McGee, married to the former Lois
  Lough, Johnstown; four great-nephews; and one great-niece.
    He was a retired employee of Consolidated Coal Co., Acosta;
  employed by PennDOT for eight years and last employed by DeVilbiss
  Company, Somerset.  He was a member of Local 1742 UMWA and Jenner Rod
  and Gun Club.
    Friends were received at the Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St.,
  Boswell, where services were held with the Rev. Lovell Stoddard
  officiating. Interment, Bethany Cemetery.
