McGinley, 63, Star Route, Melcroft, died July 12, 1985 at the Latrobe Area Hospital, Latrobe. Born Dec. 3, 1921 in Scottdale, he was the son of the late James E. and Pearl (Chaine) McGinley. He was a resident of Sharon, Pa., for the last 14 years and lived in the Melcroft area since November. He was employed as a truck driver for the Cooper Jarrett Company, Sharon; and was a member of Teamsters Union Local No. 261. He was a U. S. Army veteran of WW II serving in Europe. He was a member of the County Line Church of the Brethren, Champion. He is survived by his wife, Fern White McGinley; a son, Roger, Melcroft; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Linda) Nedrow, Donegal; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and three sisters: Mrs. Ruth Fox, Mrs. Claude (Dorothy) Davis and Mrs. William (Eleanor Rhodes all of Scottdale. Friends will be received 2-9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Sunday at the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., Route 711, Melcroft where services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev.
