  McGUIRE
  
    Edward Earl McGuire, 71, 401 Main Street, Boswell, died June 13,
  1985 at Windber Hospital.  Born Jan. 17, 1914 in Boswell, son of
  Martin J. and Carrie (Miller) McGuire.  Preceded in death by parents;
  first wife, former Frances O'Connor, died Jan. 3, 1979; two brothers,
  James Leonard and Kenneth Richard.  Survived by widow, former Mary
  (Hrib) Terra, and these children: Marie, wife of Eugene Zuchelli,
  Boswell; Robert, married to former Suzanne Burkey, Nagog Woods,
  Mass.; John, married to former Carol Giacolona, Johnstown; Leo,
  married to former Joanna Wylie, Gettysburg; Michael, married to
  former Debbie Lilian, Concord, Calif.; Kathleen, wife of William
  Wentz, Pittsburg, Calif.; Sara, wife of Billie Gene Burkett, Tucson,
  Ariz.; also two stepdaughters: Barbara Burfeindt, Highland, N.Y..;
  Phyllis Amon, Springfield, Va.; 13 grandchildren; four
  step-grandchildren.  Brother of William Joseph, Tampa, Fla.; Margaret
  Watkins, Berea, Ohio; Dorothy Thompson, Baltimore, Md.  Member of St.
  Joseph's Catholic Church, Boswell; Goldenaires Senior Citizens,
  Jenner Rod and Gun Club.  President and past secretary of Boswell
  Lions Club.  Army veteran of World War II and Korean Conflict. 
  Retired surveyor for engineering department, Penn State University.
  Friends received 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at
  Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where wake service will
  be held at 8 p.m. Sunday.  Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m. Monday
  at St. Joseph's Church, the Rev. Samuel Tomaselli.  Interment, Mt.
  Carmel Cemetery.  Boswell Lions will pay respects at 2 p.m. Sunday. 
  Memorial contributions to St. Joseph's Church would be appreciated.
