  McGUIRE
  
    John Lawrence McGuire, 88, died Saturday, Dec. 8, 1978 at Suburban
  Hospital, Bethesda, Md.  A native of Somerset, he was a beloved
  husband of Mary E. McGuire; father of:  J. Thomas McGuire, Orlando,
  Fla.; Hilda M. Suss, Albany, N.Y.; Robert J. McGuire and Janet M.
  McGuire, both of Chevy Chase, Md.  He was a brother of Edna Bost,
  Latrobe.  He also is survived by 12 grandchildren and 3
  great-grandchildren.  Mass of the Christian Burial was offered
  Monday, Dec. 11, 1978 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church,
  Bethesda, Md.  Graveside services and interment will be Tuesday Nov.
  12 at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent's Cemetery in Latrobe, Pa.
