Born on Sept. 17, 1878, in Greenville Twp., she was a daughter of Ozias and Elizabeth (Breig) Weimer. She was the wife of Thomas L. McKenzie, who survives, along with a son, Anthony, Salisbury R.D. She was a sister of Edward Weimer, Avilton; John and Lawrence, both of Salisbury; George, Frostburg, Md.; James, Mt. Savage, Md.; Mrs. Eugene Oltwoposs, Gettysburg; Mrs. Esther Garlitz, Detroit, Mich.; Sister Mary Veronica, St. Clair, Pa., and Mrs. Martha Olthoff, York. One sister and one brother preceded her in death. Mrs. McKenzie was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Avilton. She had been ill for several years. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, at 10 a.m. in St. Ann's Church, Avilton, with Rev. Father David officiating. Burial in the church cemetery under the direction of R. Reich & Son, Meyersdale.
