(Bud) McKenzie, 63, of Finzel, died April 5, 1975, in West Virginia Medical Center, Morgantown. Born in Frostburg, he was a son of the late Clarence and Louella (Steinla) McKenzie. He was a retired employee of the Grantsville Branch of the Liberty Trust Company and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Pocahontas. Surviving are his wife, the former Virgie Minnick; four sons, John and William McKenzie, both of Frostburg; Jerome McKenzie of Finzel; and James McKenzie of Hancock, Md.; and six daughters, Mrs. Mary Agnes Burner, Mrs. Catherine Twigg, Mrs. Juanita Kelsay and Mrs. Carol Frost, all of Frostburg; Mrs. Wilda Deal, Meyersdale; and Mrs. Judy Rodeheaver, Friendsville; and 20 grandchildren. He was also survived by three sisters, Mrs. Gladys Ravenscroft, Mrs. Mary Layman and Mrs. Evelyn Winners, all of Frostburg; and three brothers, Arthur and Carroll McKenzie, both of Frostburg, and Carlton John McKenzie, Grantsville. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Tuesday morning in St. Mary's Church, Pocahontas. Interment in Finzel Cemetery. Meyersdale Republic, April 10, 1975 [M0891]
