McKenzie, 71, Meyersdale, died Oct. 28, 1984, at Mercy Hospital, Johnstown. Born Dec. 9, 1912, in Meyersdale, son of late Noah A. and Annie (Housel) McKenzie. Preceded in death by wife, former Marie Shipley. Survived by two brothers: W. Homer, Meyersdale RD 3; and Harry B., Rockville, Md.; and a sister, Mrs. Evelyn Bolden, Meyersdale. Retired rural mail carrier in Meyersdale with 30 years service. Disabled veteran of World War II. Member of Amity United Church of Christ; American Legion Post 112; B.P.O.E. Lodge No. 1951; Masonic Lodge of Redbank, N.C.; Harrisburg Consistory (32nd degree); Jaffa Shrine, Altoona. Former director of Pennsylvania Maple Festival. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Monday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Carl Mitchell.
