McKenzie, 81, of Ravenna, Ohio, formerly of Meyersdale, died March 23, 1998, in Ravenna. Born Sept. 1, 1916, in Meyersdale, he was a son of the late Joshua and Amanda (Arkley) McKenzie. Mr. McKenzie is survived by his wife, the former Pearl L. Shockey; and daughter, Darlene E. McKenzie, Ravenna. He is also survived by a sister, Velma Werner, Finzel, Md. Mr. McKenzie was a veteran of the U.S. Army World War II and retired from the Ford Motor Co. as a machine repairman. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 26 (today) at Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale. Mass of Christian Burial will be given at 11 a.m. Friday, March 27, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Meyersdale (Pocahontas), with Father Bernard L. White officiating.
