  McMASTERS
  
    Walter "Abie" McMasters, 74, of 821 E. Broadway St., Rockwood, died
  June 25, 1995, at his residence.  Born Dec. 10, 1920, in
  Pleasantville, Pa.  Son of the late George and Edith (Yarnell)
  McMasters.  Preceded in death by a brother, Bert McMasters of
  Johnstown.  Survived by his wife, the former Shirley Boden;
  daughters, Roberta Miller, Karen Koval and Rebecca Koval; and
  grandchildren Terry and Melissa Sines and Michael Miller, all of
  Rockwood.  Brother of Ethel Smith of Roaring Spring; Hazel Fanella of
  Altoona; brother-in-law of Barry and Sandra Carlson and Jean Lease of
  Rockwood, and Jack and Mary Thomas of Friendsville, Md.; also
  mother-in-law, Dolly Boden of Rockwood, and several nieces and
  nephews and great-nieces and nephews.  Retired coal worker and
  veteran of the U.S. Army in World War II.  Friends will be received
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the Wilbur D. Miller
  Funeral Home, Rockwood, where funeral service will be conducted at 3
  p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. William Sleasman officiating.  Interment,
  Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
