  McMILLAN
  
    Janet Louise Beggs McMillan, 82, Stamford, Conn., died Jan. 14,
  2000 at Stamford Hospital, Stamford, Conn.  Born Nov. 29, 1917 in
  Connellsville, a daughter of Elliott and Mary Franceous Beggs. 
  Preceded in death by parents, husband Elbert C. McMillan, and
  grandson Douglas McMillan Jr.  Survived by children: Douglas McMillan
  of Boca Raton, Fla.; Patricia McMillan of Cambridge, Mass.; Richard
  McMillan of Midlothian, Va., and Nancy McMillan of Woodbury, Conn. 
  Sister of Sarah Lane Ambrose of Indialantie, Fla.; William Beggs of
  Clearwater, Fla., and Thomas Beggs, Confluence.  Also four
  grandchildren and a great-grandchild.  A memorial service will be
  held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Lutheran Church, 884 Newfield
  Avenue, Stamford, Conn.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of
  flowers, donations may be sent in her name to St. John's Lutheran
  Church, 884 Newfield Ave., Stamford, Conn. 06905.  Mrs. McMillan was
  co-chair of the Martha Circle, coordinator of St. John's Lutheran
  Church Seniors, and a volunteer at the Darien Thrift Shop.  She was
  also a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.
