DANIEL W. McMILLEN

  Daniel W. McMillen, aged 88 years, 11 months, died at the home of his son-in-
law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Clark Lightcap, in Home, Pa., Saturday morning, 
July 11, 1942.  Mr. McMillen was the father of Mrs. W. A. Allshouse of 
Meyersdale, who was called to his bedside a week prior to his death.  She and 
her daughter are staying with her sister this week.  Mr. Allshouse and son, 
Leonard, and family attended the funeral on Monday.  Mr. McMillen is survived by 
his two daughters, four grandchildren, Leonard Allshouse of Meyersdale, Martha 
C. Allshouse of Cumberland, Md., and Mary and Harold Lightcap of Home, Pa.; also 
two great-grandchildren.
