McNeal, 82, Shanksville, died March 23, 1995, at home. Born Jan. 19, 1913, in Johnstown, son of Emory and Mary (Wissinger) McNeal. Preceded in death by parents; his first wife, the former Kathryn Imgrund; brother, Ramsey, who was killed in action in World War II; sisters: Ida Ward and Kathryn Robine. Survived by his wife, the former Kathryn Browning, and these children: Collette, married to Ted Lehman, Berlin RD 4; Delores, married to Bruce Mason, Freehold, NJ; Donald, married to former Nancy Weigle, Indiana, Pa.; Dorothy, married to Harold Copperberg, Sacramento, Calif.; Frank Jr., married to the former Ann Rogers, Freehold, N.J.; Carolyn, married to Bruce Landis, Berlin; Lana, married to Roy Vena, Berlin RD 3; and Judy, married to Eric Manges, Delmont; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Brother of Freda Fritz, Stoystown RD 3; Thelma Manges, Pompano Beach, Fla.; Edith Miller, Central City RD 1; and Mary Hillegass, Shanksville. Retired from Johnstown Sani-Dairy Company. Well-known and will-liked member of the Shanksville community and avid gardener and maple syrup producer. Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev.
