McPhee, 85, of Addison RD 1 died June 18, 1995, in Uniontown Hospital. Born Feb. 22, 1910, in McKeesport, a son of the late William and Grace (Delo) McPhee. Preceded in death by wife, Lelia B. Spencer McPhee. Survived by two daughters, Janice Settle and Jacqueline Rack, both of Alexandria, Va.; a grandson, Wesley Rack, and his wife Kathryn, Addison, and a great-grandson, Michael Rack; also sister, Hazel Hagman of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Member of Addison United Methodist Church. World War II Navy veteran. Served in the South Pacific. Retired from U.S. Steel's Irvin Works after 30 years. Friends will be received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, from 3 to 7 p.m. today, when services will be held, with the Rev. David Lee officiating. Interment, Wednesday in Fredericksburg East Cemetery, Fredericksburg, Ohio. Family suggests contributions to the Addison United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, RD 1 Addison, PA 15411.
