REBECCA McSPADDEN

  Mrs. Rebecca McSpadden, widow of James McSpadden, died recently at her home in 
Rockwood.  Her surviving children are Mrs. A. H. Bittner and Mrs. L. M. Farling, 
both of Rockwood, and Sara Thomas, Samuel and Lucile McSpadden, all at home.  
She leaves also nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  The funeral 
services, at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 12, were conducted by her 
former pastor, Rev. W. A. McClellan, of Rebersburg, Pa.  The funeral rites of 
the Somerset Eastern Star of which Mrs. McSpadden was a member, were also 
performed at the home.  Interment was made in the Union Cemetery at New 
Centerville, under direction of Undertakers Mills and Mickey of Rockwood.
