  McVICKER
  
    Rita M. (Murray) McVicker, 79, Penn Avenue, Jerome, died March 31,
  2001 at Memorial Medical Center.  Born Oct. 21, 1921, in Cresson,
  daughter of Francis and Annabelle (Dore) Murray.  Preceded in death
  by parents, grandson Joshua McVicker, and sister Betty Elizabeth
  Vargo.  Survived by husband of 59 years, Frank A. Sr., these
  children:  Robert M., married to the former Joyce Levadnuk, Jerome,
  Paul F., married to the former Wanda Blough, Holsopple, Donald A.,
  married to the former Donna Sample, Kansas City, Mo., Joyce A.
  Hoffman, Jerome; and Frank A. Jr., married to the former Kelly
  Speigle, Boswell; 7 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.  A 1937
  graduate of the former Cresson High School.  Friends received from 2-4
  and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street,
  Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday.  The Rev.
  Nelson F. Ilgenfritz officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial
  contributions may be sent to the Alzheimers Association, 1011 Old
  Salem Road, Greensburg, Pa., 15601 or the American Cancer Society,
  168 W. Union St., Somerset, Pa., 15501.
