DOROTHY MEAGER

  Mrs. Dorothy (Arkle) Meager, died of a heart condition Tuesday night at her 
home in Havre de Grace, Md.
  Born in England, December 8, 1875, she was a daughter of Phyllis and Peter 
Conner, both deceased.  Her husband, John Howard Meager, passed away in 1932.
  Surviving are two sons, John H. Meager, of Havre de Grace, and Charles Meager 
of Friedens; two daughters, Mrs. Jean Roberts of Havre de Grace, and Mrs. Hazel 
Harris, Salisbury; two brothers, Charles and Peter Conner of Wells Creek; two 
sisters, Mrs. Phyllis Wilkins and Mrs. Rush Sorber, both of Hooversville.
  She was a member of the Havre de Grace Methodist Church, the Eastern Star and 
the Rebekah Lodge of I.O.O.F.
  Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Thomas 
Funeral Parlor, Salisbury.  Burial will be made in the I.O.O.F. cemetery, under 
the direction of Stanley M. Thomas.
