  MEAGER
  
    Edna M. Meager, 81, of Berlin, formerly of Friedens, died June 26,
  1988 at Maple Mountain Manor.  Born Aug. 3, 1906 in Somerset
  Township, daughter of Charles A. and Sadie G. (Walker) Miller. 
  Preceded in death by parents, husband, Charles W. and son George. 
  Survived by these children; Charles T., married to the former Diane
  Buttlar, of Friedens RD 2.; Mrs. George (Shirley) Zellem and Donald,
  married to the former Waneda Holliday, both of Friedens RD 1.; also
  10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  She was a former school
  teacher and was later employed by various restaurants in the Somerset
  area.  Member of Friedens Lutheran Church, Friedens Fire Company
  Auxiliary, Somerset County Fire Auxiliary, Third Society of Farm
  Women and was also active in various other organizations.  Family
  will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral
  Home, Stoystown, where services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday
  with Rev. James R. Ling officiating.  Interment Friedens Lutheran
  Cemetery.
