  MECK
  
    Jerry A. Meck, 82, of Stoystown, died March 2, 1975, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born January 24, 1893, in Bedford County, son of
  Peter and Elizabeth (Eller) Meck.  Preceded in death by parents; wife,
  the former Ruth Grove; one brother and two sisters.  Survived by a
  daughter, Mrs. Sherman Walters of Somerset; two granddaughters: Mrs.
  Gary Hunter of Windber and Mrs. Mary Jane Antill of Boswell; one
  grandson, Jerry Walters, Jennerstown; and nine great grandchildren. 
  Retired coal miner and was formerly employed by Specht's Hardware in
  Stoystown.  Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday
  in Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.  Remains will be removed at 11 a.m.
  Wednesday to Ray's Cove Christian Church to lie in state from 1 p.m.
  until services at 2 p.m., Rev. Robert A. McDonald officiating. 
  Interment, church cemetery.
