  G. MERRILL MEESE
  
  G. Merrill Meese, 81, Salisbury, died Sept. 28, 2004, at Beverly
  Healthcare, Meyersdale.  Born April 22, 1923, in Greenville Township,
  he is the son of the late Robert L. & Mary B. (Albright) Meese.  He is
  preceded in death by his wife, Jean B. (Durst) Meese, June 12, 2002.
  Surviving are one son, Clinton Meese and wife Renee, Lonaconing, Md.;
  one daughter, Connie Davis and husband, Norman, Salisbury; two
  sisters, Margaret Blake, Northeast, Md.; Nellie Paridon, St. Charles,
  Mo.; four grandchildren, Teresa and Nicholas Davis, Ryan Warnick and
  Chevy Jensen Meese.  Meese was a retired carpenter and superintendent
  for Somerset Steel Co.  He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church
  and past member of the Frostburg Moose.  Friends will be received from
  2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Newman Funeral Home, Inc., 9168
  Mason-Dixon Highway, Salisbury.  Services will be conducted in the
  funeral home 11 a.m. Saturday.  The Rev. David E. Fetter officiating.
  Interment will be in Greenville Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may
  be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.  Condolences
