  MARGARET G. (GIBSON) MEHRLING
  
  Margaret G. (Gibson) Mehrling, 91, Mississippi Street, Boswell, died
  April 19, 2004, at Somerset Hospital.  Born Nov. 21, 1912, in Beaver
  Falls, a daughter of the late Pittsburgh Presbyterian pastor, Dr.
  Alexander Gibson and his wife, former Irene Bullard.  Also preceded in
  death by infant daughter, Ann Margaret; brother, James and sisters,
  Faith Pashley and Ruth Rush.  Survived by husband of almost 63 years,
  Robert F.; son, James, married to former Connie Picarelli, Cleveland,
  Ohio; daughter, Faith, married to the Rev. Peter Grosso, former pastor
  at Covenant Presbyterian Church, Boswell, of Moon Township.  She is
  also a cousin of Supreme Court Justice David Souter.  Margaret was a
  graduate of Geneva College, Beaver Falls and a school librarian in
  Parma, Ohio.  A former Sunday school teacher, she was active in both
  Methodist and Presbyterian churches in Parma, Ohio and
  Hendersonville, N.C.  Margaret was also an avid reader.  Since 2001,
  she has been a homebound member of Covenant Presbyterian Church,
  Boswell and a resident of Country Manor, Jerome.  Following cremation,
  a memorial service will be announced at a later date.  In lieu of
  flowers, donations in Margaret's name may be given to Covenant
  Presbyterian Church, 327 Allegheny St., Boswell, Pa. 15531.
