Melegari, 80, of Markleton, died April 26, 1998, in JFK Hospital, West Palm Beach, Fla. Born Oct. 12, 1917, at Perryopolis, daughter of the late Louis and Annie March Wallner. Member of Wesley Chapel Methodist Church of Markleton. She was a former manager of Pleasant Valley Country Club of Connellsville. A member of Middlecreek Ladies Gulf Association. Survived by her husband of 51 years, Frank Melegari; two daughters: Miss Kit Melegari of North Huntingdon; Mrs. Michael (Joy) Bryson of Lake Worth, Fla. Two grandsons, Andrew and Sean Bryson. One sister and one brother: Mrs. Rudolph (Elsie) Pluhowski of Allison Park, Raymond Wallner of Rochester, N.Y. In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. Friends will be received in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home Inc., 106 E. Independence Street, Perryopolis, from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and on Thursday until 11 a.m., the hour of service, Rev. Thomas H. Zimmerman officiating.
