  MELIUS
  
  Mary R. Melius, 80, Friedens RD 2, died Jan. 27, 1986, at Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  Born Feb. 16, 1905, in Somerset, daughter of the
  late William Walace and Elizabeth (Queer) Wright.  Also preceded in
  death by husband, James W.; sisters Grace Shall, Anna Pyle, Lena
  Melius; and brother, Harry.  A sister of: Mrs. Carrie Fisher of
  Windber, John of Somerset RD 6 and Mrs. Elizabeth Hunter of Friedens
  RD 2; also numerous nieces and nephews; and close friend, James M.
  Kimmel.  Former housekeeper.  Member of Friedens Lutheran Church. 
  Family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Thursday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services will be held
  at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. James R. Ling officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.
