Menhorn, 97, of Youngwood, formerly of Meyersdale, died Nov. 10, 1989, in Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. Born July 25, 1892, Elk Lick Township, daughter of the late Douglas and Anna (Folk) Engle. Preceded in death by her husband Elmer G. Survived by two sons; George E. Menhorn Jr., of Hayward, Calif.; and Dalton E. of Armbrust; also four daughters; Anna Fike, Meyersdale RD 3; Mrs. Miriam Gray, Harrison City RD 1; Mrs. Maxine Mull, Salisbury; Mrs. Frances Ruffner, Youngwood; also 20 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and a number of great-great and great-great-great-grandchildren. She was retired from Meyersdale Manufacturing Company. A member of the Amity Church of Christ, Meyersdale. Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury where funeral services will be held Monday 2 p.m. with the Rev. Carl P.
