  DANIEL W. MENSER
  
    Daniel W. Menser, 89, of Hays St., Berlin, died Aug. 5, 1973.  Born
  Aug. 14, 1883, in Brothersvalley Township, he was a son of the late
  William and Jemima (Baker) Menser.  He was preceded in death by his
  wife, the former Sarah Mishler, in March, 1973.
    He was a blacksmith by trade and was a member of Trinity Lutheran
  Church, the IOOF Lodge, and a former member of the volunteer fire
  company of Somerset for many years.
    Funeral service was held Tuesday afternoon in Johnson and Son
  Funeral Home, Berlin, with Rev. George E. Buechner officiating. 
  Interment in Somerset Memorial Park.
