    Mrs. Hazel Fisher Menser, 76, Friedens RD 1, died Sept. 29, 1980,
  at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born July 21, 1904, in Windber,
  daughter of the late William R. and Ida (Bretzman) Williams. 
  Preceded in death by first husband, Frank Fisher, and second husband,
  Ray Menser.  Sister of William E. Williams, Friedens RD 1; Alvin
  Williams, Somerset RD 7; Mrs. Albert Glace, Lewistown, Pa.  Member of
  Listie Brethren Church.  Friends are being received at Wilbur D.
  Miller Funeral Home where funeral service will be conducted Thursday
  at 3 p.m., the Rev. William Cochran officiating.  Interment, Listie
  Cemetery.
