  William C. Meredith of Rock Hill, Md., died Nov. 19, 1980, at the
  hospital in Chestertown, Md.  Survived by his wife, the former Sarah
  Weimer, and his mother, Mrs. Mary Phillips, both of Rock Hill, Md. 
  Funeral services were conducted Nov. 22 at the Willis Wells Funeral
  Home with the Rev. Norman Poultney officiating.  Interment, Chester
  Cemetery, Chestertown, Md.
