  MERRBACH
  
  Ernest R. Merrbach, 75, Meyersdale RD 4, died March 22, 1985,
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 20, 1909, in Frostburg,
  Md., a son of the late William Henry and Anna Catherine (Emmecka)
  Merrbach.  Survived by his widow, Viola Landis, and two daughters:
  Mary Catherine, wife of Richard Nicholson of Meyersdale; and Doris
  Jean Darner of St. Petersburg, Fla.; also six grandchildren and seven
  great-grandchildren.  He was a retired B&O Railroad employee.  Friends
  will be received at the Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, after 2
  p.m. Saturday where services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. with the Rev.
  Bobby Phillips officiating.  Interment, Reformed Cemetery.
