  MESLOVICH
  
    Andrew Lawrence Meslovich, 87, of Meyersdale, formerly of Berlin RD
  3 and Lycippus (Latrobe RD 1), died Sept. 18, 1996, at Conemaugh
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Aug. 29, 1909, in Marguerite, son of
  Matthew and Susan (Lucas) Meslovich.  Preceded in death by parents;
  brothers John and Michael; sisters Elizabeth Hochevar and Mary
  Labuda; also infant son, Andrew.  Survived by his wife of almost 61
  years, the former Anna Kopcho; these children: Joseph, married to
  former Betty Miller of Grottoes, Va.; Virginia Meslovich and Susanna
  Miller, both of Fairhope RD 1; John Meslovich and Margaret, married
  to Tony Taliaferro, both of Berlin RD 3; and Evelyn, married to John
  Mognet; grandchildren: Michelle Lytle, Alan Mognet, Ryan Taliaferro
  and Joseph Meslovich; sisters: Anna Arendosh of Baden; Susan Sass of
  Greensburg RD 8; Julia Meslovich of New Alexandria RD 2; and Kathryn
  Hoffman of Greensburg.  Member of St. John the Baptist Catholic
  Church, New Baltimore; the Slovak Jedonta and the UMW of A.  Family
  will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Berlin, where Wake service will be held at 8:30 p.m.
  Thursday.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday,
  at St. John the Baptist Church, New Baltimore.  Rev. Mark S. Begly
  officiating.  Interment, church cemetery.  Instead of flowers,
  memorials should be given to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
