  METHOD
  
  Joseph S. Method, 46, Stoystown RD 2, died Feb. 6, 1985, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Feb. 25, 1938, Sioux City, Iowa, son of the
  late John and Mavia (Krause) Method.  Survived by his wife, the former
  Sandra Raeside, and two daughters, Jessica Sue, Leesburg, Va.; Shelly
  Rae, at home.  Graduate of the University of South Dakota,
  vice-president of Donovan Construction Co. of St. Paul, Minn. 
  President of Alumbaugh Coal Co. and Coal Junction Coal Co.,
  Friedens.  Member of St. Thomas Lutheran Church, and past lay
  president of the church council.  Member of Hooversville Lions Club,
  served on board of directors of Pennsylvania Coal Mining Association
  since 1979, and was instrumental in establishing Region V (Somerset
  County).  Memorial service will be held at St. Thomas Lutheran
  Church, Hooversville RD 1, Saturday 11 a.m., the Rev. Gerald L. Myers
  officiating.  If friends desire, instead of flowers, contributions may
  be made in his name to the American Cancer Society, Somerset, Pa.
