  METZ
  
  Mary E. Metz, 68, of Patton Street, Somerset, died May 4, 1986, at
  Somerset Community Hospital.  She was born July 2, 1917, in
  Louisville, Ky., a daughter of the late David and Mary (Shade)
  Roederer.  Also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. 
  Survived by these children: John D. Jacobson, Sacramento, Calif.;
  Glenn A. Jacobson, Somerset; Mrs. Al (Doris) Hite, Plymouth, Ind.;
  Mrs. Mary E. Archambeault, Southbridge, Mass.; and Mrs. David L.
  (Nancy) Havel, Clairton; five grandchildren and one great-grandson. 
  Also survived by a sister, Viola, of Louisville, Ky.  Friends
  received 7-9 p.m. Tuesday (today) at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home
  where service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m.  Interment, Salem
  Cemetery, West Newton.
