  Lena P. Metzgar, 82, Stoystown, died Aug. 12, 1986, at Siemon
  Lakeview Manor Estate, Somerset.  Born May 30, 1904, in Niverton,
  daughter of late James and Grace (Chaney) Dinning Sr.  Preceded in
  death by husband, Charles; son, Robert O.; brothers, Connell and
  James Jr.; and sister, Margaret.  Survived by these children, Mrs.
  Wanda Harned, Holiday, Fla.; Mrs. Donald (Marjorie) Davis, Somerset;
  and Jack M., married to former Jane Wirbick, Stoystown; 10
  grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.  Sister of: Raymond,
  Mrs. Jane Swank, and Mrs. Robert (Grace) Shaver, all of Stoystown;
  Mrs. Mae Berkebile, Stoystown RD 2; Mrs. Cyril (Yetta) Yaskoff, Lima,
  Ohio; Mrs. David (Helen) Shaffer, Latrobe; and Mrs. Edward
  (Jacqueline) Moon, Grosse Pointe, Mich.  Retired from Dorfman and
  Hoffman, Boswell.  Member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ,
  Stoystown; and Forbes Senior Citizens.  Family will receive friends
  7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral
  Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, the
  Rev. Karyl J. Leslie.  Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.
