  MEYER
  
  Ruth J. Meyer, 76, of Somerset, died April 2, 1982, at her
  residence.  Born May 13, 1905, in Spring Mills, Pa., daughter of the
  late John H. and Bessie (Stover) Meyer.  Also preceded in death by a
  sister, Rebecca Stettler.  She is survived by one sister, Mrs. John
  (Fay) Crowe of Brownsville, Pa., and three brothers:  Stover, John C.
  Meyer, both of Somerset; and Dean R. of Brandywine, Md.  She was a
  member of the United Church of Christ, Somerset.  She was a retired
  nursing supervisor for the Veterans Administration in Chillicothe,
  Ohio.  She was a graduate of Ohio Valley General Hospital School of
  Nursing in Wheeling, W.Va.  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m.
  Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Richard E. Hauger
  Funeral Home where services will be conducted on Monday at 11 a.m.
  with the Rev. Richard H. Shellenberger officiating.  Interment,
  Husband Cemetery.
