Born May 11, 1913, in Windber, daughter of Jesse and Jessie (Mowry) Oldham. Preceded in death by parents; husband, John Beachy Meyers, who died Dec. 26, 1979, one sister, Ethel L. Heaton and four brothers: Parke, Sewell, J. Pershing and Brinham Oldham. Survived by children: Mrs. Chris D. (Judy) Kimmel of Shelocta, Mrs. Richard L. (Janet) Shockey of Somerset; four grandchildren: Andrew C. Kimmel, married to the former Erin Poust of Shelocta; Peter T. Kimmel of Shelocta; Jill S. Shockey of State College, and Debra S. Shockey of Somerset; two great-grandchildren, Benjamen and Emily Kimmel of Shelocta. Also survived by a sister-in-law, Mrs. Marjorie Oldham of Windber. Member of Meyersdale Church of the Brethren. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 1 p.m. Saturday to 2 p.m., the time of service, at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dorothy Kunselman officiating.
