    Betty Mary Rose (Gallo) Meyers, 83, of Thomas Street, Hollsopple
  died May 25, 2000 at UPMC Lee Regional, Johnstown.  Born Nov. 14,
  1916 in Clymer.  Daughter of Thomas and Sarah (Maruca) Gallo. 
  Preceded in death by parents, husband Rudolph J. June 25, 1972, one
  brother and one sister.  Survived by sons Rudolph F. married to Doris
  (Reckner) of Denver Colo.; Thomas married to Diane (Presson) of
  Middletown, Del. and Gary married to Delores (Davis) of
  Davidsville.  Also survived by grandchildren, Daunice, Lisa, Rudy,
  Ted, Laurie, Jennifer and Matthew and several great-grandchildren. 
  She was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church in Hollsopple,
  Johnstown Lodge # BPOE and the auxiliary to the Hollsopple Volunteer
  Fire Department.  She was the owner/operator of the former 4 Winds
  Restaurant and the Meyers Beauty Salon both in Hollsopple.  She was
  also formerly employed in several area garment factories.  Friends
  will be received from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Friday and until the time
  of service at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Route 403
  and Church Road, Davidsville, Rev. Thomas J. Michalko officiating. 
  Interment will be at the Custer Cemetery in Hollsopple.
