CHARLES F. MEYERS

  Charles F. Meyers, 74, formerly of Meyersdale, died Wednesday morning at the 
home of his son, Fred H. Meyers, in Milford Twp.  He had resided with his son 
since the death of his wife three months ago.
  Other surviving children are A. C. Meyers, Frostburg, Md.; Earl C. Meyers, 
Somerset R.D. 1; Henry H. Meyers, Homer City R.D. 1; Ross E. and Ira J. Meyers, 
both of Homer City, and Mrs. Russell Pletcher, Somerset R.D. 1.
  He was a brother of Ed and Dennis Meyers and Mrs. John Bowser, all of 
Meyersdale.  Twenty-three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also 
survive.
  Mr. Meyers was a retired farmer, formerly of Greenville Twp. and later in 
Milford Twp.
  Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2:30 p.m. in the Rockwood Church 
of the Brethren, by Rev. W. F. Berkebile.  Burial will be in Union Cemetery, 
Meyersdale, under the direction of Mills & Mickey, Rockwood morticians.
