  MEYERS
  
  James B. Meyers, 77, of S. Park Avenue, Somerset, died Dec. 25, 1977
  at Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born March 3, 1900 in
  Somerset County, a son of the late Ross W. and Henrietta (Burkett)
  Meyers.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister and a
  son, Robert.  Survived by his wife, the former Effie Carlson and
  these children: Mrs. Claude (Marian) L. Brant, Somerset RD 5; William
  J., Rockwood RD 1; M. Maxine Stahl, Akron, Ohio; and Mrs. Bill
  (Janice) Smith, Somerset; 13 grandchildren; eight
  great-grandchildren.  He was a brother of Mrs. Mabel Pritts,
  Somerset, and Mrs. Robert (Margaret) Hottle, Somerset RD 6.  He was a
  member of Jehovah Witnesses and also a member of U.M.W.A.  Friends are
  being received in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services
  will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday with John Lebo as Speaker. 
  Interment, Husband Cemetery.
