Meyers, 81, Roaring Springs, Pa., died Aug. 9, 1987, in Mason Hospital, Roaring Springs. Born Oct. 31, 1905, in Milford Township, son of the late W. Harvey and Belle (Poorbaugh) Meyers. Also preceded in death by brother, Cavelle; a sister, Pauline; and his wife, S. Catherine (Letcher) Meyers. Survived by these children: Mrs. Donna Jean Anderson, East Moline, Ill.; Nancy L., and Mrs. Sally J. Guyer, both of Roaring Springs; five grandchildren. Brother of: Lucille M. Meyers, Somerset; O. Melda Walker, Fairmont, W.Va. Secretary and director of Roaring Springs Lions Club. Truck operator for Exxon Corp., retired in 1970 after 43 years of service. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in the Thompson Funeral Home, Roaring Springs, and in the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home Wednesday from 4-7 p.m., where services will be conducted Thursday at 10 a.m., with the Rev.
