  JOHN B. MEYERS
  
    John B. Meyers, 78, of Meyersdale RD 3, died Dec. 26, 1979, at
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    He was born June 9, 1901, in Salisbury, son of the late Daniel and
  Elizabeth (Maust) Meyers.  He is survived by his wife, the former Amy
  Oldham; and these daughters: Mrs. Christopher (Judy) Kimmel, Shelocta,
  Pa.; and Mrs. Richard (Janet) Shockey, of Somerset; also four
  grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his brother Samuel and a
  sister, Mrs. Edgar (Orpha) Gnagey.
    A member of Church of the Brethren, life-long livestock dealer and
  area farmer, and an antique dealer for the past nine years.
    Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where
  services were conducted with the Rev. Bobby Phillips.  Interment,
  Union Cemetery.
