  MEYERS
   
  Mrs. Sarah E. Meyers, 100, of Meyersdale RD 3, formerly of Berlin,
  died Oct. 14, 1971.  Born July 23, 1871, in Berlin, a daughter of the
  late William H. and Susan (Bittner) Menges.  Preceded in death by her
  husband, William H. Meyers, one sister, two brothers and one
  grandchild.  Surviving are these children: Mrs. Susan Glessner and
  Harry D., both of Berlin; Ethel, Somerset; Mary, wife of Norval
  Gnagey, Meyersdale RD 3 and David L., Berlin RD 4; seven
  grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  Oldest living member of
  the Berlin Brethren Church; also a member of the Progressive Bible
  Class and the Women's Missionary Society of the Church.  One of the
  first three graduates of Berlin High School, she taught in
  Brothersvalley and Allegheny Township schools.  Friends are being received
  at Johnson and Son Funeral Home, Berlin, where services will be conducted
  Sunday at 2 p.m., Rev. Ralph E. Mills officiating.  Interment Berlin
  IOOF Cemetery.
