LORA E. MICHAEL

  Mrs. Lora E. Michael, aged 52, wife of J. Elbert Michael, of Firm Rock, 
Garrett Co., died suddenly on Sunday afternoon, Jan. 31.  Mrs. Michael was a 
native of New Germany, a daughter of the late David and Elizabeth Broadwater.  
She was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church, Piedmont, W.Va., and of the 
Susanna Wesley Bible class.
  Besides her husband she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Hayden Wilson and 
Mrs. Cleve Linkswiler, both of Westernport; and Miss Esther Michael, at home; 
three sisters, Mrs. Arch Michael, Westernport; Mrs. Virginia Broadwater, Barton; 
and Mrs. H. H. Fazenbaker, Lonaconing; four brothers, Wade H. Broadwater, 
Lonaconing; Alfred Broadwater, Grantsville; Lloyd Broadwater, Hagerstown; and 
Allen Broadwater, Akron, Ohio; and two grandchildren, Richard and David Wilson.
  Funeral services were conducted at Trinity Methodist Church, Piedmont, W.Va., 
Wednesday afternoon with Rev. J. L. Robertson, pastor, officiating.  Interment 
was in Philos cemetery, Westernport.
  Pallbearers were Charles Michael, Okey Michael, Harry Michael, Marshall 
Fazenbaker, Thomas Magruder and Stanley Broadwater.  Flowerbearers were members 
of Susannah Wesley Bible Class of Trinity Methodist Church of which Mrs. Michael 
was a member.
