Michaud, 46, Monrovia, Md., died Oct. 17, 2001 after a long, brave battle with cancer. Born Feb. 20, 1955 in Johnstown. Beloved son of Dr. and Mrs. J. Ellery Michaud of Indian Lake. Survived by parents; sons: Matthew and Brian and former wife Jeanne Michaud, Pittsburgh; beloved fiancC Amy MacDonald and children, Scott and Jennifer MacDonald of Monrovia, Md.; brothers: Jay Michaud, Arlington, Va. and John Michaud, Johnstown; sister, Janet married to Joseph Markferding, Pottstown, formerly of Johnstown. Graduate of Hilltop High School in 1972 and Triangle Tech in Pittsburgh with a degree in Computer Assisted Design and Building. He was employed by Martinez and Johnson Architects in Washington, D.C. Jim was an avid skier and a ski instructor at Hidden Valley Ski Resort. Jim was also a fine musician, songwriter and performer. He played with various groups in the Johnstown area and as a solo performer in the Washington, D.C. area. No viewing. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Sunday, at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. where memorial service will be held 11:30 a.m., Monday, Rev. Francis P.
